What does ad-free actually cover?
Display advertising is removed from TaxGuru while your membership is active. Sponsored or promotional editorial content, email newsletters and third-party services may still carry promotions.
How do the daily email updates work?
They are sent through Follow.it. Delivery depends on your confirmation and email settings, so check your inbox and spam folder — and write to support if you need a hand.
Can I download every case or circular?
You can download a document wherever a file has been provided on the page. Not every item has one.
Does the membership renew on its own?
No. It runs for the term you chose and stops there. Buy a new term whenever you want to carry on.
I am on Basic. What happens to me?
Nothing changes until your paid term ends — Basic keeps working exactly as before. Basic is only closed to new subscriptions. When your term ends, or sooner if you prefer, you can move to Premium.
Can I share my login?
Membership is for the subscriber’s own or internal professional use. Please do not share credentials or redistribute subscriber-only material.

- Price and GST: prices here are before GST. GST is calculated at checkout and shown on the invoice.
- Term and activation: access runs for the term you select and begins on activation, within 24 hours of a paid order.
- Renewal: membership does not renew automatically. A new purchase is needed after expiry.

- Refunds: the Refund Policy applies. If payment was taken but access did not start, email support with your order number.
