Divya Somani
The author is an Insolvency Professional and a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of professional experience. She was born and brought up in Jaipur (Rajasthan).
At present, she is heading her proprietary concern Divya Somani & Associates in Ajmer (Rajasthan). She is a regular faculty at various forums, deliberating on topics like IBC, Code of Ethics, Company Law, Income Tax, Business Laws, and Women Empowerment, etc. Her earlier publication was an E-book –“Question Bank on Insolvency Examination” published by Bharat Law House Pvt Ltd.
She has been serving as the executive committee member of the Ajmer Branch of ICAI since 2019 and is at present the Vice Chairperson for the Year 2022-23.
