ABHA JAISWAL, M.Com, LLB, FCS, is a law and commerce graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Chartered Secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland (Formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators UK). She is a Corporate inhouse General Counsel and Company Secretary having to her credit more than 21 years of working experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Compliances, Legal, Litigations and allied laws.

She has to her credit the publication of several books for the legal professionals, all under the banner of Bharat Law House Pvt Ltd., to name a few, All about Wills; Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Law, Policies & Incentives); SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation 2011 Law and Practice; revising author of Bharat’s Guide to Deeds and Documentation and is the co-revising author of Bharat’s Company Resolutions, Notices, Meetings and Minutes by K.V. Shanbhogue, since 8th edition.

She has flavour to write articles, few of them have been published in ICSI Chartered Secretary Journals.
