Dr. Jyoti Rattan, Professor, Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh holds a Post-Doc in Law, Ph.D. in Law, M.Sc. in Chemistry, and is a Gold Medallist in LL.M., besides B.Sc. and LL.B. She did her Ph.D. in Law as a University Grants Commission (UGC) Senior Research Fellow. She is an established author and has written 22 books in diverse legal areas including International Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law and Information Technology (Foreword written by The Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court, New Delhi), Taxation Laws, Company Law, Right To Information (RTI), Law of Contract, Women and Law. She has published research articles on interdisciplinary legal and administrative issues in reputed journals in India and abroad, including Sage Open and the International Journal For Court Administration published by the International Association for Court Administration, besides book chapters published by the Information Age Publishing Inc., apart from the South Korean Government.
